The William Brooks Pagoria Mystery

The William Brooks history mystery appears to be solved. It began back on April 8, 1999. I received the following message from William Brooks Jr.:

HELLO

MY BROTHER WROTE ME AND TOLD ME THAT YOU WERE DOING A FAMILY TREE/HISTORY OF THE PAGORIA'S. I'M WAS WONDERING IF YOU HAVE CAME ACROSS ANYBODY NAMED WILLIAM BROOKS PAGORIA. IF YOU HAVE CAN YOU GIVE ME HIS ADDRESS OR PHONE NUMBER.

THANK YOU... WILLIAM BROOKS PAGORIA JR., SGT, USMC

I responded by stating that William is a rare name on the Tree. I did find a William Brooks Pagoria through a people search in Tupman, CA. I sent this information to William Brooks Jr. and never received a reply.

The mystery lay dormant for nine years. I received a message from Sierra Spencer asking me if I had any information on William Brooks Pagoria, her father. I sent her the above email, but had no additional information. Then, Sandra Pagoria wrote and sent me most of the below information. Summer Pagoria also wrote independently and added the information for her mom and dad below.

Summer confirmed with her grandmother on February 14, 2009 that William had two brothers named James and Robert. So, I was able to tie William Brooks, Jr. to:

James Samuel Pagoria was born in 1926 and died in 1976. He married Lee Foster and had three children:

• James Samuel Pagoria
• Robert Lee Pagoria
• William Pagoria

The Social Security Death Index listed William Brooks last known residences as Tehachapi; Alpine Forest; Bear Valley Springs; California Correctional Inst; Golden Hills; Monolith; Sand Canyon; Stallion Springs; Kern County, California.

• William Brooks Pagoria had a set of twin brothers (James and Robert). William Brooks was born March 9, 1948. His SS card was issued in Florida. He died February 6, 2007 in Los Angeles, California. He had four children:
  • Joseph Daniel Pagoria married Sandra in Polk County, Florida in 1987. They have three children (pictures below):
    • Stephanie Ruth Pagoria (born December 19, 1987) married a man with the last name of Scott
    • Marcus Alexander Pagoria (born May 23, 1992)
    • Joseph Anthony Pagoria (born January 15, 1994)
  • William Brooks Pagoria, Jr. (born around 1969) married Robin. They have four children:
    • Amber Marie Pagoria
    • Cheyenne Storm Pagoria
    • Summer Laurel Pagoria
    • Nicholas Edward Pagoria Sierra Cheyanne
  • Sierra Cheyanne Spencer (born July 20, 1995)  married Brandon Wade Knight (born  June 27, 1991).  They have one son:
    • Elias William Knight (born June 6, 2015)
  • Luciano Aaron Walker Pagoria (born July 5, 1997)
